Across the creek bed nestled just behind our estate pond, you'll find the stunning hilltop where the majority of our Reserve Cabernet grapes are harvested. Rooted in luscious, calcium-rich soil, these vines boast grapes of an elevated quality which offer an even more refined flavor profile.

Although drinkable upon its arrival to your doorstep, we recommend cellaring this wine for 3-5 years, as its youthful profile will continue to mature and develop with time. If you choose to enjoy this bottle now, we suggest decanting the wine to give the nuanced flavors time to open up prior to serving!
