2022 Reserve Sauvignon Blanc

NEW RELEASE! Distinct from our other Sauvignon Blanc offerings, our Reserve Sauvignon Blanc is aged in French oak barrels, diverging from the typical stainless steel approach. This method, utilizing barrels of various ages, imparts a richer body and an array of complex flavors while preserving the signature brightness of Sauvignon Blanc.

The 2022 vintage unveils an inviting bouquet of fresh cantaloupe, apple blossom, and honeysuckle, with subtle undertones of marzipan and lemon confit. These aromas reflect both the influence of oak aging and the inherent characteristics of the fruit.

Upon tasting, the wine reveals a delightful medley of white peach, apricot, and passionfruit, harmoniously balanced and enhanced by a gentle touch of caramel and toffee from the oak. While the oak contributes a nuanced layer of richness, this vintage is distinctly fruit-forward, showcasing the vibrant essence of the Sauvignon Blanc grape.
